Welcome to the Educators Retired Club of The Villages website.

We meet the second Tuesday of every month,  except June, July, & August, 1:30 PM, at the Canal Street Recreation Center.  Our club is social in nature and supportive of local school children.  It is open to anyone living in The Villages who has had a career in education or an education related field.  Meetings are informative and fun including two yearly "field trips."  Annual dues are $5.00.

Once you become a member we hope that you will create a Member Profile which club members can read and enjoy.

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year to our ER members!

Many of you were able to celebrate together at our Holliday Luncheon at Belle Glade on December 11. A great time was had by all! From trivia to conversation starters to the ER Concert Choir, the festive atmosphere, beautiful table decor and delicious food, it was a memorable event. Congratulations to our Holiday Luncheon chair and "elves" for a great day!

Our January General Membership meeting will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 11 at 1:30 at Canal St. Rec Center. The business portion of the meeting will include the election of 2022 club officers. The program portion of the meeting will feature ER Club member Jill Kohler, who will share her experiences as a tutor on an international excursion with her student and family. This promises to be an interesting twist on 'retirement"! Don't miss it!

Our February meeting will be held on Friday, Feb. 11 (note change of date). This meeting will be a bus trip to Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings State Park and the Yearling Restaurant. Detailed information about the trip, as well a a sign-up form, was sent to all members. Reservations will be available at the January meeting. Limited seats remain-make sure to get your reservation in soon.

We are looking forward to an exciting winter and spring-wishing all of our members and Healthy and Happy New Year!
