SCHEDULED MEETINGS SANS JUNE, JULY & AUGUST:

(1) Regular Meeting of the Club – 1:30 pm

Second Tuesday of each month

Canal Street Recreation Center
NOTE:  Occasional changes in location and time as directed by The Villages Recreation Dept.

(2)   Executive Committee & Advisors – 3:20 pm

Second Tuesday of each month (following General Membership Meeting)
      Canal Street Recreation Center
    

AVAILABILITY OF BY-LAWS & MINUTES:

The Recording Secretary retains the original (or a copy) of the By-Laws and Minutes which shall be open to inspection by members at regular meetings of the Club.  

CLUB DUES:

Annual dues are $10.00 per member, effective 1/1/23. Dues run from January 1st through December 31st and will be prorated-$10.00 full year/ $5.00 for 7 months or less (after June 1) for new members only.

STANDING & SPECIAL COMMITTEES:

Chairs and Co-Chairs of standing and special committees are encouraged to report their committee progress to the Executive Committee on the second Tuesday of each month at the Board Meeting.
